Terms & Conditions - Quirine Franken Photography

1. Definitions
- Photographer: Quirine Franken Photography.
- Client: Any person or business purchasing services or products.
- Agreement: Any arrangement between the Photographer and the Client.
2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, quotes, and agreements.
Any deviations must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
No VAT charge at the moment
Changes to the assignment may affect pricing.
4. Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur administration costs and interest fees.
To secure your booking, I ask for 25 % of the total booking fee. The other 75% needs to be paid before the start of the photoshoot, either online or in cash at the location.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Up to 14 days before the shoot: no cancellation fee.
Within 2 days before the shoot: 75% of the total fee is due.
In case of force majeure (illness, extreme weather), the session may be rescheduled.
6. Copyright & Usage Rights
All photographs remain the sole copyright of the Photographer.
Usage rights are granted to the Client as specified for private use.
Editing by third parties is prohibited without written permission.
Publication requires appropriate credit unless otherwise agreed.
7. Delivery
Images will be delivered within 1 week in your own personal online gallery. And after choosing your favourites, you'll receive the edited photos within 2 weeks.
Raw files are not provided.
Colours may vary across screens and prints.
8. Liability
The Photographer is not liable for loss, damage, or delays except in cases of gross negligence or
intentional misconduct.
Liability is limited to the invoice value of the assignment.
9. Privacy
All personal data is handled confidentially in accordance with GDPR standards.
Permission will be requested before using images for portfolio, website, or social media.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
